Food truck catering and wedding catering are available. Serving Jacksonville, Oakleaf Plantation, Saint Johns County, and surrounding areas. All pre-paid events are subject to a TRAVEL FEE of $4.50/mile outside of a 20 miles radius of 32210.  **$25 per day late fee applies to all balances unpaid. This fee will be applied by 11 am the following day after service is rendered. Each additional day the balance is not paid the balance will accrue $25/day

Standard Event Starting Hours: 11 AM-10 PM (arrival/set up: approximately 1 hour prior to event) additional time is available by request for an additional fee of $150/hr.

We also cater Birthdays, Office Lunches, Meetings, Churches, or any other Special Event.

There is a 20% service fee added to all catered events. Gratuity is not added and is up to the customer to add or not.

Yes, our minimum fee to bring The Butt Hutt Smokehouse to your event starts at  $1275 (+Sales tax & 20% onsite service fee)

and increases from there depending on menu choices, date, time and amount of people. Minimum fee covers 2.5 hours of service and feeds up to 50 guests. Additional time may be purchased at a rate of $150/hr.

If you are located in Duval/Clay/St.Johns/St. Augustine, you will not need to obtain a permit to serve your guest for a catered event if we are parked on private property.

Unfortunately, unless a contract is signed, with the old prices, by both The Butt Hutt Smokehouse and the client we must adhere to our current prices. Your catered event is not on our calender until the 50% deposit is payed. 

We cannot always guarantee open time slots, so the sooner you book the quicker you can secure the date. Please fill out our Event Info Form so we can save a spot for you and contact you to discuss. 

Unfortunately not; it is just a request. In order to secure your event you would need to sign The Butt Hutt Smokehouse Contract and pay the 50% deposit.

A deposit of 50% is due to secure your price, date, and time. 

The balance is due before or on the day of your event and can be paid by cash, check, or credit card. **$25 per day late fee applies to all balances unpaid. This fee will be applied by 11 am the following day after service is rendered. Each additional day the balance is not paid the balance will accrue $25/day.

The Butt Hutt Smokehouse requires a 50% deposit to secure any event. 

 • If you cancel your event, delivery, or pickup:

 • 30 or more days prior to the event or delivery/pickup date ½ of the deposit will be refunded

 • 29 days or less prior to the event, the full deposit will be forfeited.

Theclient must verify that we are allowed to park at the event location site. The Butt Hutt Smokehouse cannot drive up hills with a 15% grade or higher.

ALL TREE LIMBS, GATES, OVERHANGS, ETC. MUST MEET THESE DIMENSIONS FOR US TO PARK SAFELY. 

A $300 fee will be added to any event that requires The Butt Hutt Smokehouse to drive on a dirt or unpaved road.
